Who owns the diamonds that are displayed on the website?
TradersDiamonds does not own the diamonds displayed on the website. They have tied up with around 4000 diamond manufacturers from around the world and display the consolidated inventory of these manufacturers on the TradersDiamonds Website. Back to top
Can we look diamonds physically before buying?
Usually we do not have a system of showing the diamond. However, in case the diamond is available in Mumbai or Chennai and the customer is willing to check the diamond in the same location, arrangements can be made to show the diamond. However, the customer should first confirm that he is satisfied with all the terms including price of the diamond, before the diamond can be shown to him. The customer will have to come to the CaratLane Trading Pvt Ltd office to inspect the diamond. Back to top
Does TradersDiamonds have any minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

How do you ship the diamonds?

What is the minimum time required for the delivery of diamonds at my destination?
Normally diamonds in India can be delivered in 2 business days.

How do I confirm an order for a diamond?
An order is confirmed on the payment of an advance amount. This amount depends on the diamond and can be anything from 10% to 20% of the order value. Balance amount can be paid on delivery.

Can we make an offer / negotiate / bargain on the price?
You can negotiate price by making a confirmed offer for a diamond. You can do this by quoting a price at which you will surely go ahead and buy the diamond. Back to top
What do you mean by Confirmed Offer?
In a confirmed offer, you first offer a price for the diamond. And if that price is met you are bound to purchase that diamond.

We have certified diamonds from 0.30ct to 10.00 carats.

What certificate do you offer with the diamonds?
A TradersDiamonds diamond comes with a certificate from one of these 4 international gemmological labs - Gemological Institute of America (GIA), International Gemological Institute (IGI), Hoge Raad Voor Diamant (HRD) or American Gem Society (AGS).

What if we do not like the diamonds? Can we return?
TradersDiamonds does not have a return policy. We suggest that you carefully select your diamonds so that the need of return does not arise. We do a thorough check of the diamond before it is sent out to ensure that such situations do not arise. Back to top

Are your all diamonds natural?
