TradersDiamonds is not just a loose diamond procurement service. It is in the business of improving a jeweller´s solitaire business. Part of this is done by offering all the products required to run a solitaire business. In addition to the certified diamonds, we offer solitaire designs, a customer interface to sell solitaires, mocks for display and manufacture the final solitaire product.

But we make a much more significant contribution in areas which are often neglected in a solitaire business and ones which are critical to selling. These are in the areas of increasing customer inquiries, closing customer inquiries and improving the overall customer satisfaction.

• Training Programs - We conduct training programs for the sales staff to improve their sales efficiency.
