This is the collective inventory of more than 4,000 vendors from across the world. TradersDiamonds offers stones which are certified by one of the 4 reputed international grading labs - GIA, AGS, IGI and HRD. The strict grading norms maintained by these labs ensure that it is easier to sell diamonds online based on the information provided in the certificate.
Buying Diamonds Buying diamonds from TradersDiamonds is very easy. All you need to do is go to the website and do a search based on your requirement. The website has a very easy to use interface to search for diamonds. You can select the diamonds you are interested in and send a 'need info' mail from the website itself. You can mention whatever specific information you need for the diamonds in the mail itself. A TradersDiamonds customer service associate will immediately get in touch with you to help you with your requirement. Additionally, you can also call our customer service team directly for your requirements or if you are having any trouble on the website.
New customers can confirm their order by paying a small advance for the diamond. Balance payment can be made at the time of delivery. Payment can be made in cash/cheque/DD/online bank transfer. The order confirmation advance is waived off for regular buyers.
The diamonds are delivered at your doorstep and there are no extra charges for shipment or customs clearance.
If required, TradersDiamonds can get the diamonds laser inscribed or seal packed at the actual rates charged by the grading labs.
Mounts and Mocks
Mounts
TradersDiamonds has their own design team and have a large collection of solitaire designs for rings, pendants, earrings, bangles and necklaces. Customers buying the diamonds can get them set in any of these designs. Customers can also provide their own designs. The cost of mounting includes the cost of the metal and the cost of manufacturing and setting. The rates are at cost and hence very reasonable.
Mocks Mocks are replicas of the solitaire products made out of silver and cubic zirconium. The raw materials for the mocks are fairly inexpensive but the manufacturing and setting process is the same as for the real products. Together, this ensures that mocks are high-quality and low-cost substitutes of the real products for the purpose of solitaire displays in the store.
Mocks have already been used by our customers and have proven to be very helpful in providing a large display of exquisite solitaires for a miniscule cost. They add a crucial look and feel element in an online format like ours.
TradersDiamonds makes sets of replica mocks for their customers. Costs can be provided based on the set of designs selected by the jewellers. Mocks are made only for the customers who sign up for the Solitaire Services Program or for our regular buyers. We also provide a collection of exquisite mocks, free of cost, for display during the Solitaire melas and exhibitions.
